"When I checked in mid-afternoon on a Thursday, there was no one available to assist me with my baggage or take me to my room. I managed, but I usually can find someone to help me handle this.
The computerized message system on the phone did not work properly.
The room itself was excellent,spacious and very clean. Thanks"
